Welcome to web.jobmylife.com (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Photo Restoration service (“Service”), which lets you upload, restore, and download photos — including PDF export. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Using the Service
You may use the Service to restore, enhance, and download photographic images for personal or lawful business use. The Service is provided via a web interface; no installation is required. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.
2. User Content and Ownership
You retain ownership of any photographs or files you upload (“User Content”). By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, temporarily store, and transform your User Content for the sole purpose of providing the Service (including generating previews and creating PDF exports). This license ends when you delete the file or we delete it as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to upload, process, and download each image and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights.
3. Privacy & Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your files while they are being processed. For details about how we handle, store, and delete data, see our Privacy Policy. If you require enhanced confidentiality (for sensitive or legal materials), please consider alternative professional services — do not upload content you are not authorized to process.
4. Prohibited Content
You must not upload or process content that:
- Violates laws or third-party rights (copyright, privacy, etc.).
- Contains explicit sexual content involving minors, violent criminal acts, or terrorism promotion.
- Is malicious, illegal, or intended for fraud.
We reserve the right to refuse, remove, or report content that violates these terms or our policies.
5. Refunds and Payments
If the Service includes a paid tier, fees, billing terms, and refund policies will be shown at the point of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non-refundable. Free features remain subject to change.
6. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive for accurate and useful restoration, results vary depending on image quality and complexity. We do not guarantee any specific outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit liability for damages arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months prior to any claim (or, if none, a nominal amount).
7. Intellectual Property
All interface elements, code, text, and design of web.jobmylife.com remain our property or the property of our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our copyrighted materials without permission.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or for operational reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; any stored User Content may be deleted in accordance with our data retention rules.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will notify users via the site. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
